Information ex art. 13 D.Lgs. 196/2003

(“Personal Data Protection Code”)

We would like to inform you that D.lgs. n. 196 of 30 June 2003 provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. No.196 / 2003, therefore, we provide you with the following information:

A) The treatment we intend to perform has the purpose of concluding, managing and executing the contact requests sent by the Interested Person; To organize, manage and execute the predetermined requests for contact also by communication of the data to third parties suppliers or to companies or trademarks of Rome Vatican B&B; To comply with legal obligations or other obligations required by the competent authorities.

B) The treatment will be carried out in computerized / manual mode.

C) The collected data will be used by Rome Vatican B&B for the full and correct handling of the contact request and will be made known to third parties for the protection of rights and in fulfillment of obligations under law or regulations and upon request by the competent authorities, and their treatment will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency by safeguarding the privacy and rights of the Interested Party and of third parties.

The personal data of the person concerned may be used to request the same information, including telephone, regarding the reason for the contact, and with particular reference to the processing of traffic data for the purpose of marketing the services in accordance with Art. . 123 of the Code.

The emails provided by the Interested in the context of a Contact Request may be used to send commercial or promotional communications of services or products similar to those in the sale as provided for

Art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Code. The Interested may at any time refuse to use the e- mails for this purpose and oppose such treatment.

With the express manifestation of its “consensus on the receipt of advertising and promotional communications”, pursuant to Art. 130 of the Code, the interested party will be able to receive commercial communications on all the services provided by Rome Vatican B&B and its brands, which, if denied, will not be sent.

We also inform you that the communication of the data is optional and that any refusal to the treatment has no consequences, but may not allow Rome Vatican B&B to provide timely and correct handling of the contact request sent by the person concerned.

The holder of the data processing communicated by the Interested Party for the purpose of correctly executing the contact or contract request is Rome Vatican B&B with registered office in Via Mocenigo, 26 – 00192 Rome, except as provided in the relevant information issued to the ” Interested in the registration of domini.it, which according to art. 29 of the Code may appoint one or more Data Processing Officers acting under its direct authority on the basis of the instructions received.

The Interested Person may apply to the Treatment Holder to claim his rights, as provided for in Art. 7 of the Code, the text of which is summarized below:

Of advertising material or of direct sale or for the accomplishment of market research or commercial communication “.

Legislative Decree n.196 / 2003,

Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication:

A) the origin of the personal data;

B) the purposes and methods of processing;

C) the logic applied when processing by means of electronic instruments;

D) the identification details of the holder, the persons responsible and the designated representative within the meaning of Article 5, paragraph 2;

E) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or in charge.

3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:

A) updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of data;

B) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that are not necessary for storage in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;

C) the attestation that the transactions referred to in points (a) and (b) have been made known, including their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfillment is reveals Impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

A) for legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data concerning him, even though relevant to the purpose of the collection;

B) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the purpose of market research or commercial communication.
